In 1994, Dr. George T. Yang had already transformed how Filipinos experienced quick-service dining through McDonald’s Philippines. But his vision extended beyond restaurants — he saw an opportunity to transform how Filipinos experience home ownership.
Standing on a hillside overlooking Taal Lake and Volcano in Batangas, Dr. Yang was struck by the breathtaking scenery. This moment of inspiration gave birth to First Georgetown Ventures Inc. and our first project: Georgetown at Canyon Woods.
Three decades later, FGVI has grown from a single resort community to a diversified real estate portfolio — with exciting new projects on the horizon in Calamba and Bohol.

Chairman
Dr. George T. Yang is the visionary founder and Chairman of FGVI. As the pioneering force behind McDonald’s Philippines, Dr. Yang built one of the country’s most recognized brands, establishing over 700 stores nationwide.
His entrepreneurial journey spans five decades. Under his guidance, the Yang family business group has expanded to include Fruitas Holdings (publicly listed), Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Chili’s, and 15+ other successful brands.
Mr. Kristopher George Sy Yang
President
Mr. Kristopher George Sy Yang serves as President of FGVI, leading the company’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. As a second-generation leader, he brings fresh perspective while honoring the legacy of excellence.
Under his leadership, FGVI is spearheading ambitious growth plans including new developments in Calamba (40,000 sq.m.) and Bohol (12,573 sq.m.).
Ms. Leni B. Arcadio
Vice President
Ms. Leni B. Arcadio serves as Vice President, bringing extensive experience in real estate development, operations, and corporate management.
She oversees key operational functions and works closely with project teams to maintain the high standards that define the Eleve Homes brand.
